We are proud to employ a full staff of licensed, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals. Every event is overseen by our a member of our Management team, and we will schedule a staff of servers, bartenders, barbacks, bussers, hosts, concierges, and security depending on the type and size of your event to help it run as smoothly as possible.
Our talented bar staff includes some of the city's best bartenders, who are capable of creating both classic and custom drink menus to fit the theme, occasion, and/or taste preferences of your guests. We also offer a carefully curated selection of beer, wines, mocktails, soft drinks, and fresh juices to satisfy every person in attendance.
We work with many of Austin's best restaurants, food trucks, and catering companies to offer a wide range of food options for you to choose from. The best part is that we take care of everything involved with serving food to your guests. From placing the order to cleaning up, everything is done in-house so that all you have to do is tell us what you would like to have served and we'll handle the rest!
We proud to work with many of Austin's top DJs, Bands, and KJs, and can help to provide you with ambiance/atmosphere your trying to create through the music playing during your event.
If you wish, you may forego the any live musical entertainment, and play music off of your music personal device through our in-house PA system.
We have full PA/Projection system in house, equipped with a large projector, projection screen, wireless microphones, speakers, and more. If your event requires additional audio visual needs, we are happy to coordinate the rental of the items.
The Eleanor offers Professional photography services to capture the special occasion and create tangible, lasting memories! All photos will be edited and shared via the internet and/or burned to a physical DVD.
We works with a number of Photo Booth vendors who are able to provide two distinct types of booths: • Open-Air booths with a backdrop and live photographer. • Enclosed booths with a curtain and automated photo system. Both booths have the option of props if you wish to add an extra element of entertainment.

Our professional bar staff is willing and able to create/select a number ofbespoke and/or classic beverages to fit the theme, occasion, and/or taste preferences of your guests.
In addition to the furniture listed on the Specs page (which will be available to you when booking the space), if your event requires additional furniture/seating needs, we are happy to coordinate the rental of those items.
We are happy to coordinate the booking/rental of many other specialty services, such as casino tables, dancers, face painters, arcade games, etc. to make your event the most unique, enjoyable, memorable as possible.
